Frozen food which is warmer than 10 ºF (12 ºC) should be discarded or promptly prepared for service. Never refreeze meat, poultry, or seafood / fish! Prevent defrosting by using our insulated thermal bags immediately upon purchasing temperature sensitive foods.
Once food is cooked keep it hot until served. Leaving food at room temperature or less than 140 ºF (60 ºC) for more than 2 hours (including preparation time) may allow foodborne illness germs to multiply. These germs seldom change the taste, color or look of food. Prevent spoiling by using our insulated thermal bags for hot foods.
